Aims and Objectives of Palli Sanchay Bank

To increase savings tendency among disadvantaged people and provide incentives against savings.
2) To raise funds for the benefit of the disadvantaged people, to provide necessary loan assistance on easy terms, to convert every household into an income generating productive farm, to make the poor financially self-sufficient in the dependence on accumulated deposits through processing and marketing of manufactured goods.
3) Development of skills in different sectors of agriculture like agriculture, fisheries, poultry, cattle rearing, nursery and fruit farming etc. The dream of the Hon'ble Prime Minister to establish productive activities, marketing and self-employment in his own backyard with the help of capital created in small savings with the aim of developing each house as a separate economic unit by considering each house as the focal point of economic activities in national development.
4) To help the disadvantaged people to raise capital through information micro-savings activities by collecting small savings.
5) Increase efficiency through training and make every household a focal point for productive activities with necessary loan assistance and invest in the agricultural sector at the marginal level.
6) To ensure the empowerment of women by increasing the skills and abilities of entrepreneurs through training in the implementation of income generating programs.
7) To play a role in poverty alleviation by ensuring integrated village development by creating team human resources.
